Congratulations to Adrienne Logeman! On January 20, 2023, a unanimous Washtenaw County Jury found in favor of her client against State Farm Insurance Company. State Farm refused to pay her family 24-hour attendant care based on the results of an independent medical evaluation. The Jury found that the injured person required 24-hour attendant care and that State Farm had wrongfully denied her claim for care and awarded substantial penalties. State Farm had refused to make any settlement before the Trial. The case was tried before the Honorable Arianne Slay.
